Project Overview (Scope)

  • Interior Design: The layout and placement of furniture and equipment within the space will be determined. (reference: "Fixture Plan" and "Floor Plan")

  • Painting and Finishes: Specific walls will be painted with a designated color, suggesting a cosmetic refresh for the interior.

  • Signage: The electrical wiring for exterior building signage will be provided by the landlord. Design and installation of the signage itself appear to be handled by a separate party.

  • Adaptability: The initial design is subject to change based on local regulations and the actual construction process. This ensures flexibility for unforeseen circumstances.
