Project Overview (Scope)
The design focused on creating a functional, welcoming environment that supported both daily leasing operations and resident amenities, while delivering a cohesive interior that aligned with the client's vision.
The interior design drafting scope covered the following: overall floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, furniture and fixture layouts, interior elevations, millwork details, finish schedules and material specifications.
Room specific detailing for the lobby, leasing offices, club room, fitness center, work café, mail room and support spaces.
The completed documentation accurately defined furniture layouts, lighting arrangements, ceiling treatments, built-in cabinetry, interior finishes, and custom millwork, providing a coordinated set of drawings that supported construction while ensuring consistency across every interior space within the clubhouse.
