Parkway Townhomes is a three-block development featuring 27 units, designed
by an architectural firm based in Atlanta, GA.
Lynx Professional Services was engaged as an outsourced architectural team to advance the project using Autodesk Revit. Through our architecture outsourcing services, we expertly drafted a comprehensive and detailed set of architectural plans that guided the project through every phase, from Design Development (DD) to the final Construction Documentation (CD) stage. This suite of documents included precise plans, elevations, sections, and intricate construction details, all essential for securing the necessary permits.
Our team also produced high-quality photorealistic renderings, which served as powerful marketing tools for the realtor, effectively showcasing the apartments to prospective buyers. This project was among the first in the region to use Light Gauge Steel (LGS) infrastructure, setting a new standard in townhome construction and contributing to its success
