This project involved developing a comprehensive Construction Documentation package for the interior renovation of an existing city hall. The scope focused on renovating and reconfiguring municipal office spaces to improve functionality, workflow, and the overall working environment while maintaining the existing building footprint and occupancy classification.

Working in Autodesk Revit, our team produced a coordinated set of architectural drawings, including demolition plans, proposed floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, partition layouts, door schedules, enlarged plans, interior elevations, construction details, and life safety documentation.

Throughout the project, we incorporated design revisions, coordinated the architectural documentation with project requirements, maintained drawing accuracy, and ensured compliance with applicable building codes and accessibility standards.

The completed Construction Documentation package delivered a high-quality set of architectural drawings that clearly communicated the design intent and provided the information required for permitting, construction, and successful project implementation.
