The mixed-use apartment development project involved preparing a complete Design Development (DD) drawing package. During this phase, our team developed and coordinated floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall sections, enlarged plans, door and window layouts, reflected ceiling plans and key construction details.

We incorporated ongoing design revisions, coordinated the architectural documentation, resolved design conflicts, and maintained drawing quality throughout the project.
