Overall Floor Plan

Project Overview (Scope)

This hospital design development (DD) package provides a comprehensive set of architectural drawings for a new healthcare facility, supporting the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of the project. The documentation has been developed to ensure that every area of the hospital is carefully planned to meet the functional, operational, and technical requirements of a modern healthcare environment.

The drawing package forms the foundation for construction coordination while promoting efficient workflows, patient care, staff movement, and long-term building performance.

The architectural documentation includes overall floor plans that define the layout of each level, room designations, circulation routes, and spatial relationships throughout the facility. Floor and equipment plans identify the location of medical equipment, plumbing fixtures, built-in furniture, appliances, and specialist healthcare elements to support coordinated building services and operational efficiency.

Building elevations illustrate the external appearance of the hospital, including façade treatments, window placement, entrances, exterior materials and the overall architectural character of the development. Building sections provide detailed views through the structure, illustrating floor-to-floor heights, roof construction, structural components, ceiling relationships and vertical circulation elements such as stairs and elevators.
